We will teach you how to find a deal, fill out a questionnaire, and go to the house with you side by side in person or online with Zoom.
Your job will be to say hi, look good, and smile the whole time. We will do all the talking while you listen and learn what we do step by step as we get the house under contract, do the paperwork, and close on it. You will receive up to 2% of the price we get for it on the day we close.
For example, say you find a 300,000 dollar house, you would be paid $6,000 just for finding it, and you got to watch us do all the work during your training. Not bad, Right? We can do the same thing repeatedly with you until you say I want to do all the talking this time and make the contract while you watch me.
Once you can do the deal on your own, you can forget about just making 3%; you now have the opportunity to set up a partnership with us or start your own company and make big money both short-term and long-term.
Our program teaches you how to run your real estate business so that you can spend time doing what you enjoy the most. All the mentors will work with you one-on-one to formulate a personal investment plan, laying out the steps to help you become financially secure, comfortable, and wealthy.
